Our client is seeking Maintenance Technician for their office.


The Maintenance Technician is responsible of the maintenance across the buildings. The function requires to resolve any maintenance activities throughout the office premises including maintaining plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry as needed, in accordance with health and safety regulations. The goal is to ensure the office is well-cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations.

Proactively ensure that the building and its surroundings (including roof and garage) is kept at a high standard and in good order at all times

Check and maintain electrical systems of buildings to ensure the functionality

Respond to emergency calls for maintenance/electricity

General installations and repairs including of office furniture

Take charge of carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs

Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

Assist with the setup and takedown of different events

Assist in general cleaning, painting, and repair work

Pickup and delivery of supplies and materials to the office where needed

Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes

General preventative maintenance and any other duties that might occur

Conduct a daily check of office facilities including Generator using a daily check list

Purchasing of DIY materials for ad hoc tasks
